A major new retail park development costing 20 million Euro has recently been given the go ahead by the planning authorities.

The new development at Carrickhenry, Tonafortes, Carraroe will include a ten storey office block, seven retail units, an adjoining garden centre, a car showroom, a restaurant and an office supplies retail unit and a 500 space car park, was granted planning permission by Sligo County Council.
